Weatherbug has established itself as a leading weather monitoring app, renowned for its precision and efficiency. Despite these strengths, the application faces significant user experience challenges, as evidenced by numerous negative reviews in the app store criticizing its design shortcomings.
My Impact
In a self initiated personal project, I undertook a comprehensive redesign of the application’s user experience (UX) and user interface (UI) to enhance engagement with the target audience. My role as a designer involved conducting a thorough audit, which led to a complete overhaul of the UX. Additionally, I crafted custom iconography to bring a unique perspective to weather applications.
